Brent comes to eat lunch at the house lots of day during the week. Molly was taking in his "multi-tasking". Working on the computer, texting on the phone and watching tv all at the same time.
Since Molly won't wear cute clothes, I got this collar and told her that she WAS going to wear it long enough to have her picture made at least looking a little like Christmas! You can tell she isn't thrilled with the idea and had rather chew it - especially the bells!
Bailey took some of his birthday money and went to Walgreens and bought Molly this pack of toys for Christmas! Molly was absolutely "crazy" about all her new toys - she played and played until she gave out. That was just so super sweet of Bailey to spend his money on Molly.....but he does love Molly and Molly loves him! December 12, 2010
This pillow has been on my bed for a long time. It has become threadbare and had some small tears in it. I even thought to myself it's a wonder that Molly hasn't torn it. Well I came home the other day and she had all this stuffing on the bed! I couldn't really fuss at her too much since I knew that it was old and already in bad shape.
Molly won't wear the red fleece with a hood from last year and I put it on her and it seemed to be a little small. So I went to Walmart and got her this really cute pink sweater. I tried it on her...... we went over to see Mamaw and Papaw and she jumped from chair - to chair- to couch and ran and played in the yard with it on - so I cut the tags off of it. It does have really big area for the front paws that give you plenty of room. So after we got back from eating out, I put it on Molly to show her Dad and she froze up again. She has lain in his lap for two hours - I told her - you just gone have to suck it up cupcake! You are not a wuss! We'll see. Maybe Larry will leave it on her long enough for her to get used to it!
Linda Seale's dog came in the back yard and her and Molly played all over the back yard for a very long time. Molly would chase her and she would chase Molly. She has such long leg she would jump over the top of Molly. Molly tired to keep up with her but because of those long legs she was just faster!
I took off all the flowers off my front porch and put them around back and decided to water them (Larry actually never did have time to plant the mums). Molly LOVES to play in the water hose with the different settings. She had a blast and got soaking wet! Fall, 2010
Since according to the weather reports the day after Thanksgiving is going to turn really, really cold.... I gave Molly a bath tonight. I also trimmed up her feet some - to get us through until her real hair cut on December 6th. After that she played & played and was so tired - then she conked out!
Molly went for her 1 year checkup on October 29, 2010 and saw Dr. Stacy Turner and her helper. She is in good health - she had ear mites and they cleaned her ears and put some medicine in them. Even though she hates going to the Doctor, she did pretty good. She weighs 9 lbs. 2 ozs.
Molly has torn up ALL of her toys that she has gotten except for the bone and the rubber bones. This elephant lasted longer than any of her toys and still sqeaked until she finally got a hole in the seam and pulled the stuffing out and I threw it away around the last week of October. We had this toy with us for her when we went to pick her up! REALLY got our money's worth out of this toy!
